Little girls want to have fun running, jumping and climbing, but it can be tricky to be modest at the same time. Bloomers are thin cotton shorts worn under a dress so that when your little girl jumps, trips, or her skirt blows up in the wind, nobody sees anything.

Available in either white or pale pink. 100% cotton.
